Our Process

Diamond grinding a garage floor to prepare the concrete surface before applying an epoxy coating.

Diamond Grinding & Surface Prep

We start every project with professional diamond grinding to open the concrete, remove contaminants, and create a clean, porous surface. This step ensures the base coat bonds permanently to your garage floor and prevents peeling or hot-tire pickup. Proper prep is the #1 reason our garage floors last longer and resist peeling in the Texas heat and humidity.

Idustrial-Grade Base Coat

After prep, we apply a high-performance base coat designed to soak deep into the concrete for maximum adhesion. We lay the material evenly for a smooth, durable base. This is the foundation that gives homeowners in DFW a stronger, more stable floor.

Flake Broadcast & Polyaspartic Finish

While the base coat is still wet, we apply a full broadcast of vinyl flaks for color, texture, and slip resistance. After curing, we finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic top coat to prevent yellowing. This gives you a floor that stands up to hot tires, chemicals, and the Texas sun.
